Acai Super Bowl
This little bowl of greatness packs a serious nutritious and anti-oxidant punch by combining the world famous superfoods: Acai, Goji Berries, Cacao nibs, and Hemp seeds. The refreshing fruitiness combined with the delicate little crunchy textures is just amazingly delicious!
• 1 tablespoon acai powder
• 1 cup coconut water
• 1 cup blueberries (frozen)
• 2 bananas (frozen)
• 1 cup strawberries
• 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
• 1 teaspoon cacao nibs
• 1 tablespoon nut butter of course (or chopped nuts)
• 1 teaspoon goji berries
Blend Acai powder, coconut water, blueberries, bananas and strawberries until smooth. Top with hemp seeds, cacao nibs, goji berries and a big scoop of your favorite raw nut butter or nut bits ( I added almond meal / chopped almonds).
If you don’t have frozen blueberries and bananas, just add about 4 cubes of ice to the blend.
Serves 1-2 (1 really hungry, or 2 for a quick snack).
