Apple n’ Greens Summer Salad

This salad is low fat, super yummy and easy to make.

• 2 Apples chopped
• 2 Stalks Celery Chopped
• 1 bunch of Romaine Lettuce or Wilted Lettuce chopped
• ¼- ½ cup of Raisins ( I used golden raisins)
• 6-7 Walnuts (keepin’ it low fat)

Dressing: Blackberry Vinaigrette

• ½ cup of blackberries (or you can use strawberries)
• 1 Tsp of apple cider vinegar
• 1 Date (optional to for sweetening)
• 1 pinch of salt ( I used pink himalayan salt)
• 1/4 cup water

I topped it with some broccoli sprouts.
