Berry Berry Good Smoothie

This delicious, energy boosting smoothie is filled with anti-oxidants and many other numerous health benefits. Did you know that you can also balance your chakras with foods?
Red foods like strawberries and raspberries will help to boost your energy levels and body temperature. Blueberries or blackberries can help to tonify the kidneys and help to elicit honest communication. Violet or purple colored foods like the acai in this recipe will help to calm your energy and bring you peace if you are feeling frustrated, angry or unable to forgive.
Recipe
1 Cup Strawberries
1/2 Cup Blueberries
1/2 Cup Raspberries
2 Bananas
1 Tbsp. Acai Powder
4 Medjool Dates
8 oz. Coconut Water
4 cubes of Ice
Serves 1-2 (32 oz.)
