A friend of mine just contacted me asking for help. She has been diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. She has no insurance and she cannot afford meds for this, but this is a GREAT thing because it has led her to natural alternatives. Upon my research I have found various people that have completely healed ulcers, ulcerative colitis, gastritis, IBS and others with a super duper healing magical potion. Ready for the recipe?

Raw Organic Cabbage Carrot Juice🙂

One man said he tried all types of cabbages and found that Napa Cabbage was the most effective type of cabbage for these illnesses.

I also shared with her my knowledge on the acidic / alkaline state of the body, and told her that almost no disease can survive in an alkaline environment. Acidic pH levels in the blood is a perfect breeding ground for diseases. By increasing alkaline foods into her diet, and decreasing or eliminating acidic foods and substances, she should regain her health in no time.

She’s going to start by juicing a few times a day and eat raw or lightly steamed vegetables at night. Steamed foods allows the body to progressively adjust to a raw, highly nourishing diet and avoid harsh detox symptoms that can come from switching from the standard american diet to a pure clean diet too quickly. As she progresses I will be posting her experience and results. Stay tuned!

And please share this with anyone you know with ulcers, ulcerative colitis, gastritis, any ‘itis’ and irritable bowl syndrome.

Here are some great video testimonials about healing these illnesses naturally with foods.
