Popeye Raw Soup (Warmed)

I finally, finally got a Vitamix and I’ve been making soups and smoothies non-stop! This blender is nothing short of amazing and I highly, highly recommend it. I purchased a refurbished one directly from their site and didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg for one 🙂 Here’s a delightful treat I whipped up last night in less than 15 minutes with my new magical blender:
~Ingredients~
[Soup]
4 Cups Spinach
2 Cups Parsley (stems and leaves)
1 Cup Basil
2 Stalks of Celery
1-2 Hass Avocados
1 Clove Garlic
1 quarter inch Ginger
Half a large Jalapeño
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Oregano
Pinch of Himalayan Salt (optional)
1 1/2 Cups of Water
[Toppings]
Mushrooms
Red Bell Pepper
Hemp Seeds
Saurkraut
Coconut Aminos
Directions:
Blend all soup ingredients. With a Vitamix blend on high speed for 4-5 minutes until warm.
If your blender doesn’t magically warm up the food, you can simply add warm water. Chop up and mix toppings in a bowl, soak and stir in coconut aminos for a few minutes. Serve and enjoy!
