These are, in my opinion, the best blenders currently out in the market. They are in order from highest quality to lowest. A high speed blender is essential in a raw food kitchen. The cheaper blenders that cost $30 or $40 will work for most smoothies, but will burn out over time. Since you’ll also be making nut cheeses and other dishes that require hard foods, you want to invest in a high speed blender that won’t give you a hard time, break or burn on you.

2. Breville BBL605XL Hemisphere Control Blender
3. Ninja NJ600 Pro Blender (most cost effective)
